5572 – Re:[## 10067 ##] PRINT ERROR

Issue Summary: [5572] Users were unable to print due to an issue with the BYDLOG08 printer, causing all other users’ printing processes to stop.

Resolution / Workaround: The issue was resolved by stopping the problematic print jobs and restarting the print service. The support team also suggested that the issue may be caused by internet delays and advised the customer to follow up with their ISP to resolve the issue quickly.
