8230 – Excel download

Issue Summary: [8230] User requested to include ‘order quantity’, ‘item description’, and ‘amount’ in the home view of Sales Orders, with an option to link Sales Order/Purchase Order/ Purchase Request.

Resolution / Workaround: The issue was resolved by setting up a customized report using the app ‘Incoming Sales Orders – Flexible Analysis’. The user can select ‘ACT sales Status Report’ from the bookmark and download the report in Excel format. However, due to limitations in the app, the per price amount cannot be calculated, so the user needs to calculate it manually after downloading the file.
