Issue Summary: [7569] Create new storage location for ASIC, as per customer request.
Resolution / Workaround: A new storage location (04AB) was created for Plant 1610. The issue was treated as uncounted by the CERP team, requiring only creation of a storage location and transport activity without any additional configuration.
