Resolution / Workaround: The cause of the error was identified as running revenue recognition for all projects without uploaded plan cost. To resolve, use ‘Manage Revenue Recognition Issues Projects’, click on Reprocess and Skip Errors, then run again in Run Revenue Recognition Projects.
