8449 – User creation for IT auditor from external financial auditor

Issue Summary: [8449] User creation request for external auditor with view-only access, including SAP user creation control.

Resolution / Workaround: The IT team created a new user in the Production tenant and assigned the standard SAP External Auditor role. The user was granted access to all applications available with this role, but additional access was not provided without write access. The user’s credentials were also verified and shared with the support team.
