7591 – To see MAI,AWBA DUE Report

Issue Summary: [7591] Customer requested to restrict A/R user to view only AWBA and MAI dues in the ‘Manage Customer Line Items’ app or provide a report that shows both AWBA and MAI dues.

Resolution / Workaround: After exploring alternative solutions, it was determined that there is no released Data Source available to build this kind of report. The customer was asked to prepare and share a sample report they would like to see in the system, but due to lack of clear direction on how to proceed, the ticket was closed.
