Issue Summary: [7866] The customer requested a ticket report for December 2025, which was provided with details on total tickets allocated, remaining tickets as of the end of November, and tickets used in December.

Resolution / Workaround: A new support ticket was created to provide the ticket report, and updates were sent to the customers via email. The report included information on ticket entitlement summary for December, including total ticket allocation, remaining tickets at the end of November, and tickets used in December.
