8055 – Issue with Service Entry Sheet Approval

Issue Summary: [8055] Service entry sheets cannot be approved by the system due to a budget issue with project 1020202600005.

Resolution / Workaround: The root cause was identified as an incorrect allocation of budget to the ‘Revenue’ G/L account instead of the ‘COGS’ account. The customer was advised to revise the imported budget accordingly, allocating it to the correct G/L account and WBS element. This resolved the issue and allowed for automatic approval of service entry sheets.
