Issue Summary: [7755] GST report generated with errors, causing high severity issue.

Resolution / Workaround: The root cause was identified as duplicated entries in the tax group, permit number, and document date. SAP Team will consider changing this error to a warning message in the future. As a workaround, the customer can ignore the error message and continue using the GST report without problem.
