7594 – Period 11 not open as scheduled

Issue Summary: [7594] Period 11 was not opened automatically due to SAP upgrade module dependencies and previous scheduling errors.

Resolution / Workaround: The root causes were identified as SAP upgrade module dependencies and previous scheduling errors. The automatic posting period opening for Period 11 was affected by these issues, requiring a manual period opening for November. To resolve the issue, all schedules under an inactive user account were deleted, and the schedule for Company Code 1010 was recreated during the call as an example. The client confirmed that they completed recreating schedules for all remaining company codes.
