8205 – SO print queue cant be initial

Issue Summary: [8205] The SO print queue cannot be initialized, resulting in an error message.

Resolution / Workaround: The issue was resolved by clicking ‘Display details of the selected line’ and adding ‘Default’ to the print queue. A video was provided as a reference for future troubleshooting.
