8023 – RPA process not working
Issue Summary: [8023] RPA process not working for all ops users due to setting changes related to Mass Printing Customization.
Resolution / Workaround: The root cause was identified as setting changes due to Mass Printing Customization. The solution involved adding ‘Participate roles’ to the affected users, and also advising them to log out from S/4 HANA, close their browser, and then relog in again before running the RPA process.
