8126 – Role Authorization Request: “External Invoice Reference Query”

Issue Summary: [8126] Client unable to access custom ‘External Invoice Reference Query’ app due to missing Business Role assignment.

Resolution / Workaround: The support team coordinated with the system administrator, and Annie assigned the appropriate Business Role to the client’s user ID in the Production environment. The client was also advised on the standard process for managing user authorizations.
