7513 – Period 10 was not opened

Issue Summary: [7513] Scheduled posting period open/close for Period 10 did not run due to inactive user account used for schedule setup.

Resolution / Workaround: The scheduled posting period open/close was recreated under an active user account (Janice’s account) to ensure future automated runs proceed correctly. The root cause identified was that the original schedule was created under Peter’s inactive account.
