8057 – RPA – Process 4 – Incorrect Mapping

Issue Summary: [8057] Incorrect mapping of purchase order type in SAP RPA Process 4, resulting in creation under ‘managed process order’ instead of ‘managed purchase order – professional’.

Resolution / Workaround: The root cause was identified as the absence of downpayment feature in Process 4. A workaround solution was provided to use ‘Display Purchase Order – Advanced’ app and then click ‘Other Purchase Order’, keying in the purchase order number, which allows viewing or changing the purchase order in advanced mode.
