8012 – New transaction with material – VCM

Issue Summary: [8012] Customer requested assistance with setting up a new material item for VCM in S/4, as the current setup does not accommodate purchases from an external party and sales to an internal party.

Resolution / Workaround: A new material item was created, and two new GL accounts were set up for revenue (internal) and purchase (external). The customer was also advised on how to configure the new material in their system. Additionally, a technical issue related to user access error was identified and resolved by assigning roles to users in the test tenant.
