7739 – Cannot see due account data in “Customised display line item – General Ledger”
Issue Summary: [7739] User ‘Awbaho.AC8’ cannot see due account data in the Customised display line item – General Ledger app.
Resolution / Workaround: Roles were reset, and all roles were removed from the user. A non-restricted role was assigned, followed by re-assigning the correct restricted role again. The root cause remains unclear but is suspected to be cache-related on the customised report.
