7772 – Customized reporting apps and most of the apps aren’t working
Issue Summary: [7772] Customized reporting apps and most of the apps are not working, resulting in exporting data issues.
Resolution / Workaround: The issue was identified as a temporary connection problem on the ACS side. The customer was advised to refresh their browser, check their internet connection, and try again. No changes were required on the Vanguard side.
