7651 – Can see other credit segment data

Issue Summary: [7651] AC users from all BUs can view and edit data across all credit segments, not just their own.

Resolution / Workaround: The root cause was multiple role assignments (FINANCE & SALE roles) in a single user. To resolve this, the restriction field Credit segment for all SALES roles was updated to match the Finance role. Additionally, requested restriction fields were added for CA accounts only (Awbabu.CA & Mai.CA).
