8213 – Goods issue error

Issue Summary: [8213] Goods issue error due to material document processing failure and missing batch management for materials EB04636-F and EB04636-T in plant 1030.

Resolution / Workaround: The issue was resolved by adjusting the plants used in the Goods Issue files, which were found to be non-existent or without stock availability. The customer also clarified that they would manually compute the actual cost of Finished Goods (FG) offline due to the absence of BOM, routing, and standard costs for FG. For 2025, a manual computation was done by debiting COGS and crediting WIP clearing account, while tracking COGS in Excel. A call was scheduled with TMI to discuss how to handle this requirement based on existing design.
