8025 – To reset the password for your Identity Authentication service

Issue Summary: [8025] Sampson received multiple emails to reset his password for the Identity Authentication service, potentially due to inactivity deactivating his access to a cloud service.

Resolution / Workaround: The issue was caused by Sampson’s inactivity triggering a mass printing customization test, which temporarily deactivated his access. The problem resolved itself once the testing was completed, and no further action was required.
