8364 – Sales Order update via RPA not possible
Issue Summary: [8364] Sales order update via RPA not possible due to inability to add new line/PO for existing sales orders and update item-level fields.
Resolution / Workaround: The issue was resolved by identifying the limitations of updating Sales Orders through RPA, specifically that Product and Strategy Group cannot be updated. It was also determined that subsequent documents (Material Document, Outbound Delivery, PGI, Billing) need to be cancelled or reversed before updating Sales Orders. The customer confirmed that there were no subsequent documents created for January and February CJO billing, allowing the update to proceed without issues.
