Issue Summary: [8293] Liting and Keith cannot approve POs due to visibility issues, while Venus can see the list of POs.

Resolution / Workaround: The issue was resolved by advising Liting and Keith to sort their inbox tasks by Due On (earliest on top), as the system has a limit of showing only 100 tasks. No further troubleshooting or root cause analysis was performed.
