7607 – MAI Due but AWBA Not Due

Issue Summary: [7607] Error message shows AWBA DUE, but MAI is due. Customer code 1002685 has a discrepancy in due status between MAI and AWBA.

Resolution / Workaround: The root cause of the warning message for delivery 80100689 was that there were 0 days in arrears in the customer’s open items on November 6, 2025. The user was able to change the days in arrears from 0 to 11 days (JE9400004198), which corrected the discrepancy between MAI and AWBA due status.
