8116 – Adding New Fields in Project Integration with VA – PMG
Issue Summary: [8116] Adding new fields to the project integration with VA – PMG, including ‘Prepared By’, ‘Project Manager’, ‘Priority’, ‘Project Type’, and ‘Budget Availability Control’.
Resolution / Workaround: The issue was resolved by working with the VA team to add the required fields to their API. The Sales Order ‘Prepared By’ field was successfully transported to the test tenant, and once the testing for Enterprise Project is finished, it will be deployed to the production tenant. A default value was used for the ‘Priority’ field as it was not available in the VA’s Enterprise project API. The ‘Project Type’ field was hardcoded in SAP with a single value for all VA projects. The ‘Budget Availability Control’ field was hardcoded as ‘Yes’ in SAP.
