8005 – SAC not fetching data

Issue Summary: [8005] SAC not fetching data, unable to analyze aging reports due to missing live connections and incorrect date filtering.

Resolution / Workaround: Re-connected SSO, re-established new S4 Connection with a new method (recommended by SAP), and created AP & AR aging report stories from scratch. Additionally, custom reports were developed in SAC to address the date filtering issue, and the user was provided with guidance on how to filter dates in the reports.
