8307 – Change of users role

Issue Summary: [8307] User role change request for Danica Lyn M. Villareal to Faith Bianca Gianan in SAP access.

Resolution / Workaround: The support team terminated Danica’s access, created a new user with the correct roles assigned to Faith, and provided login information for both test and production tenants.
