Issue Summary: [7723] The customer requested the creation of a new COA (Chart of Accounts) for Transportation Charges, specifically FS Item 412200 – COGS Expense.

Resolution / Workaround: A new COA was created with the following details: 50309609 – Transportation Charges, FS Item 412200 – Cost of Goods Sold. Additionally, the Group Reporting Valuation Rule and G/L Account Hierarchy (INTCOEXP) in the manage global hierarchy app were updated.
