7422 – Foreign currency valuation for bank not posted in GL

Issue Summary: [7422] Foreign currency valuation for bank not posted in GL due to incorrect configuration setup with a ‘$’ symbol in front of the GL account number.

Resolution / Workaround: The root cause was identified as a lack of cost center assignment to Exchange Gain/Loss account in 2110 company. The issue was resolved by reassigning the cost center for exchange gain/loss account, and it is recommended to use the ‘Verify Data Flow’ app to check for any errors in the valuation process.
