7917 – It appears as due ahead of the due date

Issue Summary: [7917] The system incorrectly displays a document as overdue, showing positive Days in Arrears despite the due date not being reached.

Resolution / Workaround: The issue was caused by the ‘Open on Key Date’ setting being set to a future date. To resolve this, the ‘Open on Key Date’ should be changed to today’s date or a date prior to the net due date. This will correctly display the document as not overdue.
