7415 – Unable to run GST report

Issue Summary: [7415] Error ‘No authorization for the action’ when trying to run GST report in S4Hana system.

Resolution / Workaround: The issue was resolved by advising the customer to change their payment transaction process, as they were creating both payments and invoices in one transaction using the Post incoming/outgoing payment app. This is not a standard SAP best practice and was causing the GST report errors.
