8333 – Assign business role

Issue Summary: [8333] Mae Tam, an existing user, was unable to perform asset depreciation run due to missing business role assignment.

Resolution / Workaround: After investigation, it was found that Mae Tam already had the required roles. However, she was still experiencing issues with performing the asset depreciation run. The issue was resolved by advising the client to wait for the actual month-end PPE run to check if they face any further errors.
