8007 – Unable to key in billing plan is SO, for 2nd line item

Issue Summary: [8007] User unable to key in billing plan for 2nd line item, causing high severity issue.

Resolution / Workaround: The user was advised to remove the HeadBillPlan tick, navigate to another tab and then go back to Billing Plan tab, which allowed them to fill in the Billing date as expected.
