8311 – Lacking WBS Budget

Issue Summary: [8311] Error in GR creation and supplier invoice posting due to lacking WBS budget, with multiple line items in the uploaded financial plan causing unrecognized budget.

Resolution / Workaround: The issue was resolved by increasing the budget tolerance error check to allow processing to go through. Additionally, for one project, the project manager reuploaded the updated budget, while for another project, the currency exchange rate difference was addressed by either slightly increasing the budget or adjusting the tolerance limit.
