6582 – Support for Cash Flow Forecast

Issue Summary: [6582] Customer requested support for Cash Flow Forecast process and data analysis within SAP, including issues with buttons not being visible and error messages when trying to access certain fields.

Resolution / Workaround: The issue of buttons not being visible was resolved by adjusting the screen resolution in the browser. However, the root cause of the error message ‘Cannot retrieve detail data from server’ when trying to access the ‘No. of Document’ field could not be resolved due to a program error. The customer was provided with information on how the Expense Forecast and Sales Forecast measures are derived from transaction data.
