7512 – Request to check Pharma Trading Report Template

Issue Summary: [7512] Customer reported discrepancies in General Ledger report, missing templates for Journal Voucher Report and Statement of Cash Flows, and no data displayed in the latter.

Resolution / Workaround: The root cause of the issues was identified as incorrect selection criteria in the reports. For the General Ledger report, the customer needed to ensure that no specific document types were selected under the Expanded button. For the Journal Voucher Report, the date range was set incorrectly, and for the Statement of Cash Flows, a valid template must be selected in the Template field of the Selection Criteria window. The customer was provided with step-by-step instructions on how to create or customize the template.
