6313 – Discount Group Error

Issue Summary: [6313] Error message ‘This entry already exists in the following tables (ODBC-2035)’ appeared when importing Discount Group data into SAP using the DTW function.

Resolution / Workaround: The client was advised to use Item Codes from SAP in the DTW template for data accuracy and remove duplicate data from the template. After making these adjustments, the import process was successful.
