6315 – C,PK Price Change

Issue Summary: [6315] Customer requested to change the price of items with UOM (PK and C) to ‘0’ in SAP, but was informed that zero price cannot be available in item upload.

Resolution / Workaround: The customer was advised not to update the item’s zero unit price as it is not recommended. Additionally, if they manually change the unit price to zero for Base UoM of some items, it may affect the Reduce By % and customized Price List report. The customer will check with their internal team and get back to resolve the issue.
