6398 – Fwd: SAP Session Timeout

Issue Summary: [6398] SAP session timeout not working as expected, screen not closing or logging out after 30 minutes.

Resolution / Workaround: The issue was caused by the Screen Locking Time setting being dependent on PC activity. The resolution involved testing the process on another PC and installing the SAP Client App. A remote session was arranged to troubleshoot the issue, and it was found that the setting was not working for a specific user (PRO01).
