7699 – After minimizing the window – could not move one tab to another

Issue Summary: [7699] User was unable to move SAP window tabs after minimizing the window, resulting in an inability to switch between databases.

Resolution / Workaround: Logging out of all SAP sessions and logging back in resolved the issue. The root cause appears to be related to a conflict or issue with the SAP session management.
