6795 – Assistance Required: Removal/Update of Entries from SEQUENCE Table

Issue Summary: [6795] The customer’s UDO sequence was not being created due to an existing entry in the SEQUENCE table, even after the UDO had been removed.

Resolution / Workaround: SAP support team provided a solution to manually remove the affected sequence. The steps involved logging into SAP HANA Studio as the SYSTEM user, navigating to the schema where the issue occurred, searching for and deleting the sequence named ‘U_GSINTRANSH_S’. The customer was advised to test the solution on a copy of the production database, create backups before and after applying the fix, and ensure no users or customizations were connected to the database during the fix.
