6442 – Need a Solution for SAP Posting Date Time Wrong

Issue Summary: [6442] SAP posting date time was incorrect due to ‘Year’ sub-period being used for all months, including February to December. This caused transactions recorded in January to be assigned to the ‘Year’ period, while the rest of the year’s transactions were assigned to ‘Months’ periods.

Resolution / Workaround: The issue was resolved by removing the ‘Year’ sub-periods for February to December and creating new posting periods using ‘Months’ as the sub-period structure. The CE Live Database was updated accordingly.
