8171 – Expense Template upload

Issue Summary: [8171] The client requested assistance with uploading an expense template in SAP, specifically wanting to import data from an Odoo Expense download file.

Resolution / Workaround: The support team provided the client with steps on how to import outgoing payments using DTW (Data Transfer Workbench) and also offered a remote session to demonstrate the process. The team also added DTW access to three users as per the client’s request.
