8228 – Cannot DO print and preview

Issue Summary: [8228] SLLOG03 user cannot preview and print delivery documents.

Resolution / Workaround: The issue was resolved by advising the end-user to try printing again with a mobile network, which was successfully done at Ma Nan Kong Kham’s end. The ticket was closed after confirmation of resolution.
