7287 – Fixed Asset Requirement

Issue Summary: [7287] Client requested assistance with revaluing a fixed asset due to an increase in its value, and the support team provided steps to extend the useful life and net book value for the asset.

Resolution / Workaround: The support team created a testing database to investigate and test a solution for the current Fixed Asset case. They then provided detailed steps to update the asset class, depreciation types, and perform an FA class transfer in order to recalculate depreciation and adjust for any necessary adjustments.
