7744 – AR Down Payment Link Issue in AR Invoice

Issue Summary: [7744] AR Down Payment link appears in AR Invoice even though no down payment transaction exists for the customer.

Resolution / Workaround: During an AnyDesk session, it was observed that the AR Down Payment transaction had been mistakenly entered by Pro1 user. It was suggested to perform an internal confirmation to verify this. After completing the internal confirmation, it was confirmed that the entry was incorrect. The AR Down Payment was reversed via a credit memo, and the AR Invoice was recreated correctly.
