8414 – Please Check & Resolve Incorrect Sale Integration Error Log

Issue Summary: [8414] MEW DB is showing an error log with -4014:Cannot add row without complete selection of batch/serial numbers due to a mismatch in item codes between MEW and SHI databases.

Resolution / Workaround: The issue was resolved by changing the item code ‘212SF06ACOO02-2SWB’ from Non-Batch to Batch Item in MEW database, which was previously changed on 13.05.2026. The integration run was re-executed after this change, and the error was confirmed to be resolved.
