8329 – The ITR has not been integrated into other databases
Issue Summary: [8329] ITR not integrated into other databases, causing POs from SHI to fail triggering in other DBs.
Resolution / Workaround: The issue was resolved by restarting the service and properly configuring the MEW task condition check. The root cause identified was that the DocNum in the PO documents was not matching with the previous day’s DocNum, which caused the trigger to fail. After troubleshooting and verifying the fix, all POs were successfully processed.
