8073 – PO>>ITR, IT>>GRPO doesn’t integrated into all databases
Issue Summary: [8073] PO to ITR and IT to GRPO transactions are not being integrated into the database due to DI API integration service failure.
Resolution / Workaround: The issue was caused by the DI API integration service going down. The service has been restarted, and the missing transactions have been reprocessed. Further investigation is required to ensure that the system is functioning as expected.
