7923 – SO change SO-128394

Issue Summary: [7923] Changing the delivery date in a Sales Order (SO) causes item lines to reorder, creating duplicates and altering quantities.

Resolution / Workaround: The issue was resolved by explaining to the users that changing the delivery date can affect item order and quantities. The duplicates occurred because items were user reselected.
